What are the Dogtown Classic and Deluxe bundles?
Two bundles, two prices, and a fair question about whether either is worth it. This page lays out exactly what each includes, compares it with buying the same things one at a time from the enrichment menu, and says which dogs actually benefit.
The short version
Classic is a treat and a discount; Deluxe adds a workout and a better bed
Both bundles are add-ons; neither changes the base stay. Your dog still gets the daycare day in a matched playgroup, the suite, the bedding and the 24/7 monitoring for $78 whether you add a bundle or not. What the bundles do is take the things overnight guests most often add one at a time and roll them into a nightly price.
Because the bundles are per night, a four-night Thanksgiving stay on the Classic is four pupsicles and a discounted groom before the drive home. The same stay on the Deluxe is four stuffed Kongs, four treadmill or enrichment sessions, the memory-foam bed every night and a larger grooming discount. Either way the base stay, the group and the suite are unchanged; the bundle is the layer on top.

How it works at Dogtown
Each item is something the building already does well
The homemade pupsicle is a frozen treat made in our kitchen, and the puppy cup is its softer cousin for younger or smaller dogs; on the à la carte menu a pupsicle is $6. The gourmet stuffed Kong or Toppl in the Deluxe is a rubber toy packed and frozen so it takes time to work through; a frozen Kong on the menu is also $6. The treadmill session, on the dogPACER with a handler alongside, is $10 à la carte, and the enrichment alternatives are the puzzle game at $7, the lick mat at $5 and the sniff room at $7.
The orthopedic memory-foam bed replaces the standard cot-and-blanket setup in the suite for the length of the stay. The grooming discount applies to a bath or full groom booked during the stay, most often on the last day so your dog goes home clean. Add the groom when you book the nights; grooming needs no evaluation, and the front desk can tell you how the discount is applied at checkout.
The math
Deluxe costs less than buying its parts separately
Set the bed and the discount aside and price the Deluxe from the menu: a frozen Kong at $6 plus a treadmill session at $10 already comes to more than the $15 bundle before the bed is counted. The Classic at $10 is harder to justify on treats alone, since a pupsicle is $6 on the menu; its value is the 10 percent off a groom, which on a full service groom for a 51 to 90 pound dog at $110 is worth more than the treat.
So the honest guidance is this. If you were going to book a groom before pick-up anyway, either bundle pays for part of itself. If you were going to add enrichment daily, the Deluxe is the better buy. If you wanted neither, skip the bundles and add a single pupsicle on the last day. What it means for your dog
Choose by the dog, not the price gap
Puppies do well on the Classic. A puppy cup is a gentle daily ritual, and a young dog that has spent the day in a group does not need a treadmill session on top. Adults with energy to spare, the labs and shepherds who come off Good Harbor in the off-season still looking for more, are the Deluxe case: the treadmill or a sniff-room session burns what the group did not, and the Kong gives them a job in the suite.
Seniors and heavy breeds choose the Deluxe for the bed. An orthopedic memory-foam surface changes how an older dog gets up in the morning, and the enrichment session can be a lick mat or a puzzle rather than a treadmill. For an anxious dog the Deluxe's Kong is a settling tool at the exact moment it is needed: the first quiet minutes in the suite.

Add the bundle when you book the nights
Bundles can be added to a stay for a dog coming from anywhere on Cape Ann, and the Pup Van at $10 each way in Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester-by-the-Sea can bring a Deluxe guest home groomed and tired before you are off the train from North Station.
