What we collect. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email, phone number, pet details and message you provide, plus the page you sent it from and basic technical information (browser, IP address) needed to deliver and protect the service. Bookings are processed by our booking provider (MoeGo) and the Dogtown app under their own privacy policies.

How we use it. To reply to your enquiry, schedule evaluations and appointments, send confirmations and service updates, and keep records required to care for your pet safely (vaccination status, behavioural notes, emergency contacts).

Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business (booking, email delivery, form storage) and when required by law.

Retention. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@dogtowndaycare.com.

Cookies. This website does not use advertising cookies. Embedded maps and third-party booking pages may set their own cookies.

Photos. We love sharing photos of dogs and cats in our care on Instagram and Facebook. Tell us at drop-off if you would prefer your pet not be photographed.
