How do I book on the Dogtown app?

Set-up is a one-time job. Install the app and set up your profile and your dog with the same details you gave on the customer inquiry form, so the front desk can match the two. If your dog has already passed the evaluation, daycare, Academy, overnight and walking bookings are open to you; if not, book the evaluation first, on a weekday between 6:30 and 9:30 AM, and a groom in the meantime if you like.

Booking itself is quick. Choose the service, then the date. Add what the day needs: a frozen Kong at $6, a lick mat at $5, a groom during the day, or the Pup Van at $10 each way if you live in Rockport, Gloucester, Essex or Manchester-by-the-Sea. Then drop off inside the window for that day: weekdays 6:30 to 9:30 AM, 12 to 1 PM or 4 to 6:30 PM, Saturday 8 to 10 AM, 12 to 1 PM or 4 to 6 PM.

For a puppy, the report cards become a diary of the first year in groups: who they played with in week one, when the settle got easier, the day the pool stopped being scary. Read them alongside the vaccination reminders, because puppies are the dogs whose Bordetella and DHPP dates fall due mid-season. For an adult, the value is the message line. Seniors and dogs with health conditions benefit most from the medication note on an overnight booking, and from telling us how the last stay went. Read the report card for a senior with a different eye: how long they rested, whether they ate, whether the handler moved them to a quieter group. If the card says a full day left them flat, try a half day next and see whether the card reads differently.
